On-boarding LinkedIn Sales Navigator into the business, and developed a process and strategy with the global distribution team to identify, nurture and out-reach to key prospects on LinkedIn. This directly impacted the quality of prospects that attended events, webinars and client-meetings.

Updating the firms corporate email templates and client experience were crucial to improving engagement. However, I extended that even further to start to develop highly personalized and automated client journeys, with an emphasis on sharing data with Marketing and Distribution teams.
