I was employed by the General Pharmaceutical Council in the UK to increase the number of pharmacists and pharmacies registered by the regulator, designing technology solutions to streamline management and communication processes. Additionally, I spearheaded initiatives to boost public engagement on key consultations and regulation changes, while also growing the GPhC’s brand awareness across the UK.
